Chez and Jim S were welcomed as new members. John M asked for a new membership to be considered for Conrad C, and Mike H nominated Greg B. After a brief discussion, a voice vote confirmed both memberships. All ayes, none opposed.

The question of members pre paying was again addressed. Tim suggested a possible rule for out of state members that allowed them to pay ahead for convenience. It was again brought up that this would allow a financial advantage for paying ahead. There was no consensus on the issue and it was left as is for now.
