Bill called the meeting to order at 8:02. There was a review of reports, and some discussion regarding when or if we would sell a stock. There was general agreement that we are a long term hold on most stocks. There was discussion that the the person who recommended the stock we have purchased to monitor that stock and keep the club updated if there is news, or possible reason to sell..Net Asset Value
: was set at $15.4619 based on current market value. The club currently has 3868.433 shares. $3,000 to invest at this meeting. The following stocks were presented by members for consideration: Nextel Partners- Chez; Intel – John; PMC Sierra- Tim; Bea Systems and Tyco – Bill; GE – Tom; Bank One – Tony; Federal Mogul - Mike Z; Terry – ATTGe, Tyco, Bank One, and ATT were in final voting. We voted to purchase GE ( 30 sh) and One ( 45 shares)
Next meeting:
Wednesday, JULY 12 at Pizza Makers 8:00We bought 30 shares of GE @ $51 3/16 + $14.95=$1,550.58 and 45 shares of One @ $31875 + $14.95= $1,418.39.
