Bill called the meeting to order at 8:40January minutes were amended to indicate purchase price for A was $68, not $66.
Net Asset Value:
was set at $17.0058 based on current market value. The club currently has 3011.556 shares. Total assets: $51,214.00 Profit $18,131 54.9%Terry gave out individual tax information. Members are reminded to file their information, even though it may be small.
The question of members pre paying was addressed. We agreed that pre payments would be deposited into the core account, and drawn out on a monthly basis. Terry was going to call Mike K and let him know the club’s decision.
$3,200 to invest at this meeting. The following stocks were presented by members for consideration: Nextel, Lockheed Martin, CMGI, Whitman Hart, Qualcomm, Bea Systems, Work Flow Management, UPS, Sea Change Int, Citrix, Johnson and Johnson, McKessan, Delta 3.
First round voting Qualcomm, Whitman Hart, Sea Change, Citrix, Bea Systems.
Second round Qualcomm, Citrix.
We bought 11 shares of QCOM at $134.25 and 10 shares of Citrix at $174.625.
