Bill pounded the gavel at 8:14. A motion was presented to add no penalties to late or missing payments for this meeting, and passed on a 6-2 vote. The primary reason was due to the fact that this meeting was rescheduled because of bad weather.There was considerable discussion regarding the number of stocks we own, and monitoring those stocks for possible sales. It was the consensus of the group to bring a stock up for discussion if a stock goes up 100% or down 50%. The suggestion was that if a stock gains 100% we consider selling half of it to regain our original purchase price. It was voted 10-0 that a stock will be automatically brought to the table for discussion if it gains 100% or looses 50%. This will begin in January.

Final vote included Oracle, Sun, and Dell - Group chose to buy all three.
We bought: 100 shares of DELL at $17.938 + $14.95 = $1,808.75
25 shares of ORCL at $31.125 + $14.95 = $793.08
25 shares of SUNW at $30.438 + $14.95 = $775.90
