A motion opened by Bill and seconded by Chez to move the meeting time up to 8:00 PM was passed. A motion to change the meeting day to Tues or Thurs was defeated.

Discussion to limit the membership to those currently nominated and originally invited so as not to exceed 25. Motion was made by Terry seconded by Mike H to set above limitation with limits to expire in October, 2000. Motion passed.

Discussion by Tim Z to limit member stock picks to one per meeting. Issue failed to pass. Statement made to be prepared to open and close discussion on the stocks offered and to voluntarily try to limit each member to 1 or 2 monthly picks.

Morgan Stanley Dean Witter will allow clubs with over $100K to bid on IPOs. The issue is to discover further info to learn how this can benefit the club. Chez to investigate further. Issue passed when opened by Mike H and seconded byTim Z.

Question from Jim S regarding what the appropriate time is to propose selling a stock. Issue addressed by Bill and Terry suggesting that such proposals be brought in the open issue portion prior to new stock proposals.
