[ ...] A letter from the board of War, inclosing copy of a Letter from his Excell'y Gen'l WASHINGTON, requesting a guard of 400 or 500 Men, to conduct the convention Prisoners thro' this State on their way Southward, was read ; & thereupon, Ordered, That the first Class of Militia of the County of Bucks be immediately called into service, & that they March with all possible expedition to Easton, to guard the Convention Prisoners from thence to the southward.
