[ ...] The Council being informed by General WASHINGTON that he had given notice to several Colonels of Bucks County Militia without delay to March their men to Head Quarters, and as it appears to this board, that the measures taken by the General is essentially necessary at this Critical time ; it is therefore Resolved, That the Colonels or Commanding officers of that County comply with the General's request without delay, any order of this board before this notwithstanding.
