* Unbeknownst to the Provincial Council, these officers had withdrawn from the Captain Bennet's Northampton Township Company, and forming another Company to which the above commissions applied. Subsequent to receiving these commissions Colonel GRAYDON notified the Council, which investigated the matter and withdrew the commissions.
