homeowner's association in a manner that is of maximum service to the
community. In addition to helping to increase the property values here at
Olde Stage, we act to improve the sense of community through various social
activities throughout the year, such as a 5K Run/Walk, Ice Cream Social,
Community Yard Sale, Landscaping Contest and Holiday Decorating Contest. We are also working to improve the Briercrest Commons area and solicit your ideas and suggestions.
The OSHOA BOD (Olde Stage Homeowners Association's Board of Directors) is elected at the annual meeting by the homeowners. The BOD meets approximately every 6 weeks and homeowners are invited to attend. If you are interested in attending a BOD meeting, please check the website for our next meeting date, and call any BOD member for the meeting location.
This is a great community because the homeowners are involved and active in
making it so. Please volunteer for any of our committees or events by
contacting a board member. We look forward to working with you!
