| Welcome to Olde Stage! Now that the boxes are unpacked, the clothes are put away, the garage (well, save that as a project for the spring), sit back in your easy chair and say �Home Sweet Home�. Your neighbors in Olde Stage welcome you to the neighborhood and to Bowie, Maryland. Take a stroll, visit the neighborhood park, and get to know your neighbors. This is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Welcome to Olde Stage!!! |
| Dear Olde Stage Homeowners Association Member, Congratulations on the purchase of your home! On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to Olde Stage. We look forward to a successful and rewarding relationship. The quality of life at Olde Stage depends on the consideration, cooperation, and participation of you, the member. The purpose of the Homeowners Association, of which you are automatically a member, is to maintain the common elements and to provide services to all residents. Your Board of Directors consists of five homeowners who were elected by the homeowner members of the Association to serve as the Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for setting policy and overseeing the operations of the community. D. H. Bader Management Services, Inc. has been selected as the managing agent for the Olde Stage Homeowners Association, and is responsible for collecting assessments, developing financial statements, preparing budgets, negotiating contracts, and advising the Board of Directors in the financial and physical management of the Association's activities. In accordance with Association documents, all owners are required to pay an annual assessment. This money is used to provide the services outlined in the enclosed current budget. If you sell your home, please contact D. H. Bader Management Services to remove your name from our account on the house. If you are leasing your home, please indicate your mailing address for official notices from the Association. When you purchased your home, you should have received a set of governing documents, including a copy of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. Please familiarize yourself with these documents, as they will be enforced. Before performing any alterations to your home, the plans must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for approval. An Application for Exterior Alteration is included with this Welcome Package. Additional information is included for your review, and should be filed with your other Association documents. If you find something you do not understand in the enclosed materials, please contact us for clarification.
