This was a work similar both in form and intention to my Pedras Esculturas. I was using stones from the River Llugwy in North Wales.
It had been raining for days. The river (and the neighbouring River Conwy) had both burst their banks. To the stones I added leaves from trees that had been torn down by the floods.
It was still raining heavily, the river was (as you can see a raging torrent coming down from the mountains. Clinging to slippery rocks in the middle of the river I built my structure moments before the river came crashing down on it and swept it away. |
