About the Authors and Illustrator
PETER R. STERLING
Peter Sterling was born in the Midwest and educated at home from the fourth to the twelfth grades. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Christian Thought. Aside from writing and academics, Sterling enjoys interests in travel, art, philosophy, sailing and outdoor adventuring. Formative influences in fiction for him have been C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Stephen Lawhead. Peter Sterling lives in Midwestern U.S.A. with his wife and two daughters.
AUGUSTUS R. KELVIN
Augustus Kelvin was born, raised, and currently resides in the Midwest area of the United States. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from a Midwestern college. The author's interest in writing began in grade school. Growing up on farms, he would sometimes sit in the hayloft of the barn on rainy days and write stories.
Mr. Kelvin's awareness of the validity of creation science started at the church he attends, and has been a major interest of his for almost twenty years. Creationist scientists such as Henry Morris, Duane Gish, Ken Ham, and others are authors who have influenced him.
LEWIS LAVOIE
Lewis Lavoie was born in Alberta, Canada. He started his art career by doing animation and backdrop murals for local and national television commercials. Mr. Lavoie has established himself as a portrait painter and illustrator over the past ten years, and has done work for The Courts of Canada, Alberta Provincial Museum and Musee Heritage Museum. Other books he has illustrated are Completing the Picture, The Sun Travelers, Diet by Design, and Bellwether's Message about God.
Mr. Lavoie is best known for his exciting fantasy world entitled "NOD, The Land of Noah's Ark," depicting dinosaurs and people living together in the pre-Flood earth. His fine artwork can be enjoyed and purchased at www.lavoiestudios.com.
