M.E.V. is the founder and owner of our school. The school has been authorized for education since 08-25-1993 by the Ministry of Education and approved with number 57993 and has been continually servicing the Turkish National education since the 1993-94 academic school year.
The Institution is named after Mr. Köksal Toptan who was the Minister of Education at the foundation year of the school. Vaktaş a M.E.V. subsidiary, has undertaken the management of the school for ten years starting from the first year. The school currently has 46 classrooms, special rooms for music and drawing, laboratories for science, physics, chemistry, biology,computer laboratory, video room, a modern conferance room, for sports a rhythmic gymnastic room, various indoor sports areas and to satisfy the students needs completely there is also a library, reading room, dining hall, canteen and an infirmary with a nurse and doctor on duty.
As for the school garden, there are basketball, volleyball courts and a mini fenced in soccer field which are highly qualified to satisfy the students needs for sports activities.
The Institution is operated under the private school status and applies the Anatolian High School program for Education. The primary foreign language is English and German as a second language is offered as an elective course from grade 6 on.
The parents can follow the attendance, performance and general status of the students from the ‘Alo School’ system at any time of the day. The internet system in this division is also available to the students.
Beginning from the 1996-97 academic year, the M.E.V. Private Ankara Elementary School (K-8) and Private Ankara Science High School were established on the same grounds and are still growing.
