      I.            GENERAL

     1.1 Background

“The clear conscience is the greatest armor”

-Chinese proverb

       One of nine core values in Sman Sumatera selatan (Sampoerna Academy) is empathy. Empathy is the the feeling when we feel deeply what another people felt. In the other hand, Empathy needs the action especially for sad condition of another people. While to make this action come true, the students need the facility to sharp their character of future leader which is sensitive with their social condition.

        Sman Sumatera Selatan peduli community try to give the facility for all the students  to encourage the sensitive feeling of the problem in society. By giving many kind of the charity program of Sman Sumatera Selatan  peduli community,such as

Visiting orphanage, Repairing the bad building of school , visiting nursing home, and Cleaning for caring enviroment, it will encourage the student’s way to solve many problem in community.

         This is the time for all the students of Sman Sumatera selatan (Sampoerna Academy) to prepare themselves to have gratest armor to be great future leader in Indonesia who care with the society. Not only yelled and complain but also do the action and giving the solution.

1.2  AIMS AND GOALS

Ø  To sharpen the student’s sensitive feeling of the problem in society by their action

Ø  Introduce our school as the school who has the vision to create the future leader who will be competent and care with the society

Ø  To encourage the business thinking of every member in Sman sumsel peduli community to have the program, example competition, to reach money for charity.

Ø  To create active community to make the link with the other school to do this program with us.

Ø  To make the unbeneficial material in the dorm will more beneficial

Example: unuseful clothes, unuseful book.

   II.            PROGRAM

     We will have the same way to reach the budget for charity but have the different target of the program

     Example of the first program;

PROGRAM FOR THE FIRST MONTH

September 2012

Visiting orphanage “Restu bunda”

1st – 3rd week : Reaching the budget for charity

v  Creating photography competition for external and internal people

Administration for registration will be Rp. 10.000,- (for one people)

                           and         Rp.  25.000,- (if the registration for a house or class)

The price for the winner will have a sertificate and some parcel

     The sertificate name based on the registration wheather the name of people or the class or even the house

v  Selling the bookmark which is create by Sman Sumsel peduli member

v  Cash money from the member of Sman Sumsel Peduli

v  Delivery food service which do by our member

v  Putting donation box in any place in the school

4th week ; Prepare and visiting the target

v Logistic team will buy any material to give to orphanage

v The treasure will collect all the money

v Going to Restu bunda orphanage

v Teaching the some kind of the lesson and crafts

   Crafts that create by orpanage will sold to make some business

So, for running this event, we also asked some budget from school for:

  IV.            JOB DESCRIPTION

Chief and Vice Chief: The one who will make the decision and take controll for all community activities

Secretary :The one who will take note for all the community activity

Treasure : The one who will keep all donation money and be a accountant for administration

Chief of department: The one who will responsoble for all external and internal department

External Department: The one who has the task to make the link with target and another organisation.

Internal department: The one who will collect the donation and responsible of the competition that will created

    V.            CONCLUSION

To sum up, this is the best time to develop the sense of sensitivity of social condition for all the students in Sman Sumatera selatan (Sampoerna Academy). Since it will beneficial for student by having many program, it will also very useful for community . in addition, we will prove that Sman Sumatera Selatan (Sampoerna Academy) has a character of Best Indonesia Future Leader.

Action, whatever we do will be significant but the important one that we do it
