WHO THE
LEADER IS..
Last week, I get a
complain from one of our junior. She said that she wanted to
brought her handphone while study night .it because a day before ,
she saw her senior who has position in main organisation in this
school do the same thing.She thaught If then the one who actually
should enforce this regulation broke it up. Why should we follow the
regulation he asked. By analizing this simple case above, If I said
a good leader is the one who knows which one is the good thing,
which one is the bad thing for himself and also others. I don’t
think even this person critisized the leader, she can be better than
the person who critisized by hers , even for filtering the behavior
she hasn’t able yet.
When we talk
about the leader, I believe our mindset always remind us to the
people who has high position in one organisation or area. While
actually , Leader is not about how we stand on the top place and ask
everyone to do what we want. In here,SMAN Sumatera Selatan
(Sampoerna Academy) , Leader is not only about the president of
class union, a president of student council, a head of house captain
and also a head of building coordinator but also it’s about the
responsibility given by the God for individual soul . This school
trust us to be leader in the future, sharpen the character in
ourselves, therefore everystudents here claimed as a leader for
ourselves and we need to be proud of that.
Everybody is the
leader for themselves, for their soul, as well as for their
emotional. When a person doing a good thing ,controlling his or
herself emotional, showing the wisdom , giving a real figure
character of the leader for himself, I believe all the people will
claim him as the leader even he or she didn’t have position in one
organisation.
We all know it’s
not easy to be a leader for ourselves moreover for others. There
will always a critic from others. But one thing to be remember ,
when we always complain and critisized our leader without any
solution. It prove that we actually already failed to be a leader
for our self because a leader do the action not only talk and get
complaining. If we want to be leader we must be a good follower
too. When you saidyou are the real leader, you have a burden of
prove to show that you are deserve to be the leader to bright your
self and everyone around you. Thank you.
