Bonny

Adopted: Jan. 18, 2003. Bonny is a 5 year old, tri colored sheltie. She is spayed, up to date on shots, heartworm negative, and has just had a dental cleaning done. She is housebroken and crate trained. Bonny is a very sweet dog with a wonderful temperment. She gets along with other dogs and cats.

Kizzy

Adopted Jan. 11, 2003. This beauty came to us in April 2002 as a stray. She is approx. 1-1/2 years old. Kizzy went through sub-novice and novice obedience classes and also passed her AKC test for Canine Good Citizen, all within 6 months. She's one smart cookie. She is now in a new home with 4 active children that keep her busy. She's one lucky pup. Thank you Jessica for opening your heart and home to her. I miss her dearly.

MATILDA.. "Tilly"

Matilda is a cutie. She's a Sheltie/Corgi Mix approximately 2 years old. Came in as a stray. She is up to date on shots, spayed, housebroken and crate trained. Tilly loves everyone and everything. Shortly after she arrived it was found that she loved kittens and soon became a surrogate mother to the kittens we were fostering. She was a wonderful mother to them. UPDATE: Matilda has been adopted along with one of her baby kittens.

SWEETIE

Sweetie is a 7 year old sheltie that came in as a stray. Tiny girl at 20 LBS. but very, very energenic. Up to date on shots, HW negative, housebroken and crate trained.
Update July 28, 2001. Sweetie has been adopted. Thank you Donna.

LADDIE

Laddie is a two year old blue merle, neutered, up to date on shots and Heartworm negative. A sweet boy with a wonderful temperment. Laddie is now certified as a Project PUP therapy dog and visits with the patients in the local nursing homes in Ocala along with a few of our own dogs. And he just loves all the attention. He's a typical active sheltie who spends his time chasing the squirrels in the trees when he's outside in the yard. I often wonder how I'm going to get him down when he makes it up that tree! He's also a bed dog and snuggles up with you at night. :) Laddie gets along with other dogs and cats and fit into our home with no problems. Now how can you resist a face like that.

UPDATE: July 27, 2001. Laddie has gone to his forever home. We miss him very much but know that he's a happy boy. He does come back to visit us on occasion with his new sheltie brother Shiloh. Thank You Gail.

Dillion

Dillon is a 3 year old male, sable sheltie who came in as a stray so I have no background info on him. He is UTD on shots, Heartworm negative, and will be neutered shortly. Very sweet and gets along with other dogs and cats. Is crate trained.
Update: Dillon has gone to his forever home and is being spoiled rotten.

RANDY

Isn't He A Beauty!!
2 Year Old Shetland Sheepdog
A sweet, quiet dog who's master passed away. He's current on shots, HW negative and will be neutered shortly. Randy was given away to relatives who kept him outside in the yard. He wasn't happy there and was brought back home and finally turned over to us. He gets along with other dogs and cats. Is completely housebroken.

UPDATE! Randy has settled into our home quite nicely. He's opened up and is now giving hugs and has shown the sheltie spin! He's also learned from our Raven that chasing squirrels in the yard can be quite entertaining. Randy is now living in Gainesville, Thank you Bob, it was meant to be.

Wicket - Sheltie/Border Collie Mix

Wicket was one of 9 Sheltie/BC pups that we fostered. "Wicky" is one bright puppy and was placed with a friend who is taking her not only to obedience classes but agility as well. This is one up and coming dog. We're anxious to see her compete in agility shows in the near future. UPDATE: July 2002, Wickett has won her first Agility Class in Dallas Texas. Her show name is "Kiora's Whisper's Wickett". Thank you Lisi, I love it.

MIRIAH

Miriah is a 4 year old sheltie, very large for her breed. Turned in by owners who no longer could care for her. She was placed into a new home with an elderly gent whose wife had just passed away. Miriah spends her winters in Florida and summers in New York. She loves traveling.

DUSTY

Not a sheltie but a beautiful collie. Dusty was transferred to Tampa where he was adopted by a gent who had recently lost his collie. He's being spoiled rotten.

COCO

Female, 3 Years Old
CoCo was turned in by her owner who said he no longer had time for her. It turned out that she was heartworm positive. She is under going treatment for this. UTD on shots, spayed, housebroken and crate trained, alittle underweight but we're fattening her up nicely. Very sweet personality, loves attention. Currently in foster care with us. UPDATE: Coco has finished her HW treatment and ready to find her forever home. Such a sweet girl with lots of puppy still in her. She loves to play fetch in the yard.
Coco has been placed with a very nice woman who has a big back yard. She's now being spoiled rotten.
