Patricia H. Chiu is a writer and artist who lives in Utah after many years of living in Virginia, Maryland, and California. She is a member or past member of several arts organizations and her works have won prizes and been widely exhibited. A stained glass panel based on an event in the life of her ancestor Joseph L. Heywood was exhibited at the LDS Museum of History and Art and was featured in the Ensign Magazine.
She is a current member of the Utah Valley Artist Guild and the Associated Utah Artists.
She has written a series of twelve novels called "The Chronicles of Okishdu" a bronze age romantic epic spanning a thousand years.
