2003, NOPTEL was born and start developing products based on our
previous research result. The personnel in NOPTEL are engineers
with some research backgrounds and technical experts. Our expertise
are in Digital Signal Processing, Embedded electronics, Internet
Telephony, Internet Applications and Database Telecommunication.
