| DUES OR FEES Dues will be $1 per month. There is no initial membership fee FINANCE AND TAXES The treasurer shall establish a checking account in the name of the organization. Under no circumstances shall organization funds be commingled with personal funds of individual members of THE RADIO CONTROL FLYING CLUB OF OKINAWA. The treasurer shall make monthly reconciliation of bank statements. He shall record income and payments in cash receipts and disbursements journal. All checks over $200.00 shall require the signature of the president and the treasurer. All other checks shall require only the treasurer's signature. INSURANCE COVERAGE Each member is responsible for obtaining a personal Japanese Insurance Policy for liability. Members without a current insurance policy shall be considered non-active members, and barred from flying their model aircraft at club flying events. If the insurance policy lapses more than three consecutive months then the member will be considered delinquent and not permitted to participate in club elections. All members must show proof of insurance upon request or prior to participating in any club sponsored public flying activity. |
