One Good Friend
It's said that all good things must end
But rough times conclude as well, my friend
Just hold on and it won't be long
Then you'll be hearing a brighter song
Take my advice, I've been there before
You'll only feel worse if you close the door
Talk to me don't shut me out
Everyone goes through times of doubt
I'm here to help you be yourself again
Look at where you're going, not at where you've been
Don't lose hope, there's always light
You'll pull through and it'll be all right
Keep going through the motions one step at a time
You'll be amazed at how far you can climb
Don't give up, this trial will soon end
