R5.0     The OKFFL Draft
Every August, both Conferences will meet and hold their drafts. Draft locations, dates, and times will be determined three months prior and each franchise owner will be notified. Franchise owners must pick their franchise players (if any) and notify the Commissioner one month prior to the date of the draft. Franchise players may be changed before the draft begins and the players are placed in the last rounds. Typical drafts consist of 14 rounds. Draft order is determined by the previous year's finish. The draft order changes with each round (i.e. First in the first round, last in the second round, first in the third round, etc...). Previous trades may affect the draft order.
R5.1

Each owner will be given five minutes to pick a player during the first four rounds. In the fifth and remaining rounds, an owner will be given three minutes to pick a player. If an owner has not drafted a player in the time allotted, that owner will be skipped until the next owner has made their choice. The owner that was skipped will then be given a chance to draft once again, however, they must abide by the time limit.
