All owners will be required to pay their fees in full at the draft or make arrangements with the Conference Treasurer.
All winnings in the OKFFL will be paid out at the end of the year. This will eliminate what used to be deemed "carry-over money".
R11.2
Any franchise that fails to pay or make arrangements for payments of their fees will have their team taken over by the Commissioner. The team will then be put up for sale.
R11.2.1
All franchise fees will be paid NO LATER THAN the sixth week of the season. If the fee is not paid, then the Commissioner will assume control of that franchise. The franchise will either be sold or ran by the Commissioner.
R11.3���� Pay-outs
�The OKFFL will pay franchise's that make the play-offs in the following manner using the pay as you win option. This refers to any team that wins will be paid as they advance to the next round of play.
Example:
The Ghosts are crowned the Davis Division winner. Since they were not one of the top two Division winners, they will play in week 14 of the post-season. This earns them the Division pay-out of $100.00. The Ghosts defeat the Voodoo and advance to round two (week 15). This also earns them another bonus of $50.00 as they have advanced to the next round. Week 15, the Ghosts defeat the Cerberus and advance to round three (week 16) and earn another bonus of $100.00. In week 16, the Ghosts defeat the Nazis to earn a trip to the OKFFL Bowl game. This also earns the Ghosts another bonus of $100.00. To this point, the Ghosts have earned a total of $350.00. However, the Ghosts are crushed by the Pythons in the OKFFL bowl and receive 25% (or $200.00) of the OKFFL Bowl pay=out. Total winnings for the Ghosts is $550.00.
Week 14�.. Each Division Winner receives $100.00
Each Wildcard winner receives $75.00
Week 15�.. Each Winner from round one that advance to round two receives $50.00
The top two Division winners that drew a bye for week 14 receive $50.00
Week 16�.. Each winner from round two receives $100.00
Week 17�.. Each winner from round three receives $100.00. The two Conference Champions play in the OKFFL Bowl for a total of $800.00. The winner receives $600.00 (75%) of the total pay-out with the loser receiving $200.00 (25%) of the pay-out.
���� This is the pay-out for an individual Conference. At the draft, the Conference Treasurer will pay the Commissioner the payout for the Franchise Bowl winner. At the end of the Franchise Bowl, the Commissioner will insure that the winner receives payment. Payouts will be made weekly by the Conference Treasurer to those franchise's that are due payment.
