| 1990 First year the OKFFL was in existance. Since there was no set conferences or divisions, Kevin "TuT" Reidy decided that he was the winner. |
| !991 Flopperstoppers owned by Ron Tate First real franchise bowl. Flopperstoppers defeated the Pakiderms by a score of 44-43. Gave the Union Conference and the Lincoln Division the first win. |
| 1992 Imaginos owned by Randy Brown Imaginos defeat the Juggernaughts 45-29. Second victory for the Union Conference and the first for the Grant Division. |
| 1993 Dragonflies owned by Robbie Ellis One of the only bright spots in the Dragonflies history as they defeat the Lycanthropes 57-35. Gave the Confederate Conference and the Davis Division their first bowl victory. Spoiled back to back wins for owner Randy Brown. |
| 1994 Sunjesters owned by Mike Brown Second Confederate Conference and Davis Division win. Sunjesters defeat the Juggernaughts. |
| 1995 Lycanthropes owned by Randy Brown Lycanthropes defeat the Sunjesters 92-25. Gave the Union Conference third victory and the Grant Division their second in the OKFFL Bowl. Randy Brown best record to date with 2-1 record in the OKFFL Bowl. |
| 1996 Valkyries owned by Tonya LeMaster First woman to win the OKFFL Bowl. Defeated the Gamblers 61-40. First in a long winning streak for the Confederate Conference in the OKFFL Bowl. First win for the Lee Division. |
| 1997 Eightballs owned by Bob Deleplank Head of the clan of the Fighting Deleplanks. Win gave the Confederate Conference a margin of OKFFL Bowl victories 4-3 over the Union Conference. |
| 1998 Cyberstuds owned by Steve Laurence Another victory in the long dominance of the OKFFL Bowl series for the Confederate Conference. First victory for the CSS Merrimac Division. Studs whip Juggs 71-59 |
| 1999 Ghosts owned by Billy Ray Hoffman Ghosts defeat the Union's best in the Wardogs (even with two owners at the helm) by a score of 76-38. Confederate dominance of the OKFFL Bowl continues. |
| 2000 Nazis owned by Doug Ridner Reichsfuhrer Doug manipulates his way into the halls of the OKFFL by thrashing the Wardogs. Looks to be no way of stopping the southern brothers as they dominate the '90's and start off dominating the new century. |
| 2001 Nightmares owned by Rita Reidy Rita finally brings the trophy to the North. Doing what TuT has not been able to, she scooted by Razoo and the Voodoo. She also keeps the streak alive that any woman that appears in the Franchsie Bowl will win. |
| 2002 Pythons owned by Jon Brooks Jon takes his second year knowledge and helps the Union continue the dominance of the OKFFL by defeating TuT and the Ghosts. TuT showing he is the John Elway of the OKFFL by losing his 4th OKFFL Bowl. |
