What is an okamonk? All I can say is that it is a doodle that was created by a bored 4th grader in Ms. Sutherlin's class many years ago. My friend Michael and I would doodle these little monkey guys all day. The first picture I believe was a band of these monkeys playing guitar in a very Monkees-like way. We drew military okamonks, spaceman okamonks, Greek okamonks, you name it. We even drew the Grand Maha-Okamonk. We had a good time drawing them, then I moved and the okamonks sorta faded away. But now they have their own website to share with everyone around the world! Oh, and in case you are wondering, the first "o" in okamonk is pronounced like the "u" in tube.
