Homework:
Work will be assigned
for each lesson. Most assignments will
be due the following day. If not, the
teacher will provide the due date for the assignment when it is given.
If a student is
absent, it is THEIR responsibility to get their missed assignments from the
teacher the day that they come back.
Then, the student MUST schedule a due date for the assignment with the
teacher THAT DAY.
Late work will only
be counted for HALF CREDIT.
Absences:
Only excused-absences
(according to the school policy) work will be accepted later than the due date.
Missed tests MUST be
made up WITHIN TWO WEEKS of the absence.
If not, you will receive a zero for that test.
Grading scale:
100%
- 90%
= A
89% - 80% = B
79% - 70% = C
69% - 60% = D
Extra Credit:
There is opportunity
to earn extra credit if you are willing to participate. However, you MUST pay attention in class in
order to receive the extra credit assignments.
Parent Communication:
Please
feel free to contact me through the school voice mail system or email me. I am more than happy to discuss the
