| The City of Ottawa One-Day soccer tournament is organized by the Muslim Association of Canada (MAC), through the volunteering efforts of many of the brothers within the city of Ottawa. This is the fourth consecutive year where this activity has taken place. The following is a summary of the Previous years: |

Year 2000 |

The first tournament was held during the year 2000 with 8 teams participating. The final game was between the Libyan and Tunisian teams. The game was ended at 1-1 score, and the Libyan team was the tournament champion after winning the penalities shoot out. |
