This is Herbert.  Herbert "hornblower" Hog.  Acts  little bit above his station if you ask me!  He will tell anyone who will listen that he is the next most important pig after the King because he is always at his side.  Nobody has the heart to tell him that as "chief of royal fanfares" that is where he needs to be to do his job!
