turn your hand so that the back of your hand is facing the person that you are so mad at.
than have a mad, evil look on your face.
have your thumb over your index finger, or you can stick your thumb out-wards
then stick up your middle finger and your done
but you can also shake it and/or have a wity comment like, "You think don't know how to use it?"
