Anime Advice

Okay, things I have learned that I thought I would share. Neat ways to enjoy anime more.

1) Make your own Anime Stationary- Do you write hand written letters? Or maybe you just want notepaper with anime characters on it. Well, dont kill your ink cartrage doing it. Use a photocopier. Get a manga of your favorite series. Photocopy an image you like, and then ajust the size to fit onto whatever size paper you are using and make lots of copies. Volia! Instant anime stationary.

2) Obscure titles- I recently read an article in one of my anime magazines that was talking about the old "fairy tale animes." Such as the old 1980's version of "The Little Mermaid" the one that is based on Hans-Christian Andersens original work. It mentioned that it is hard to find, but you can still find it if you look on VHS. Well, I have one better. DVD. Thats right. I have said title on DVD. And honestly it is one of my treasures. Back when I first got my player I was looking at every DVD I saw. And I happened to find a bin of cheapies. Thats right the $3.99 titles that seem stupid. There it was. So check the baragan bins. They may have a treasure waiting for you. Just check the images on the back to see if it is one you are looking for. BTW, if anyone find the old anime version of Swan Lake somewhere, let me know, still looking for that one.
