Dwelling rentals. Two of these are adobes. They range from 600, 800 to 1000 sq. feet. Two have attached greenhouses. All four have composting toilets, propane for hot water and cooking and wood stoves for space heating. Possibility of purchasing the Farm. Sometime within the next 15 years I will probably transfer ownership of the Farm on a "life estate contract"(where I'm allowed to live on the lower 1/5th of the farm for the rest of my life) to organic/sustainability minded folks.
