Kumsheen River Rafting
The first weekend in september was spent on the beautiful rapids of the south Thompson river. We began our trip at Spences Bridge and rafted our way to the mouth of the Thompson, where it meets the Fraser river.
Early Start Crossing Trax
Our raft was full of our family and 3 friends.. 13 of us all together We had to get out of the bus and walk across the railway tracks.. insurance reasons.. we jumped back in though..lol
Suit up
Calm
Some of us chose to suit up in the rain gear.. it isn't really there to keep you dry.. just wind proof
The first leg of the trip was pretty calm.. we didn't even have to hold on..lol
Group Shot Guide
Sitting on the raft was ok.. oohing and awwing ..lol This is Chris, he was our guide. I was actually trying to take a picture of the beautiful waterfall..only you can't hardly see it.
Front View
