| Pain, so this is life? The Zine, started out in June of 2001. by DAve and kim. both of them where going through some tough shit, and Dave wrote in this cool writting "Pain" and kim was like.. "so this is life?" so they put them togehter, and WHOAH! they got Pain so this is life? we had a name, we had an idea, now all we needed was something to do with the name and the ideas, so we started writting stories, and shit and we came up with the idea for the zine. long behold pain so this is life? The Zine. Pain started out with 6 Members, Dave, Kim, Shaun, Kyle, Jay and Kate. then it dropped to Dave, Kim, Kate, and Jay. after about 3 issues, new members where added. being a FREE indopendant zine has its faults, since we are only 14 & 15 we are broke, so we got people to print pain for free! =D we started emailing local bands like crazy, asking for interviews, all of them said yes. After a while, we made a website for the site, its orginal home was on expage, then one day kim made a page, This one on geocities, and with that said and done, more members where added, at this time DAve moved away. But he is still a big part of the zine. the crew was now Dave, Kim, Kate, Tay, Joanna, John, Kyle, Ace and Faith....as time went on, we got sites like World Wide Punks, and NooNoo Records to link us and more people started to view the site. as of now, we have a new crew member Sean. and we're just begning! nothing can stop us now! |

Online issue 10: this issue had some stories, and introduced a new memeber to the pain crew. |
