I don't know how the punk scene is around other parts of mass, but over here in western mass it's pretty bad. I'm gonna say there's probbaly only about 4 local punk bands around here...and they all suck. Punk is good music, punk influences almost everything, and deep down everyone loves punk. The thing is though, good punk is good, but bad punk is horrible. And there's a lot of bad punk gonig around, and that's most likely why the scence is dying. what music did your grow up listen to? I grew up listening to everything, i think that's why the bands ive been in are so diverse. I listened to silverchair, coolio,queen,offspring,korn,greenday, sepultura,canniblecorpse,ace of base, haha, everything... what influnces the music you play? sadness and happiness. my life wasnt going very well for a while, for about a year and a half, hence the band name FALL TO RUINS... so i began writing prety depressing songs about falling apart, certain addictions, stuff like that. soon my life began to fall in place, everything seems to be gonig really god right now so the songs have been about prevailing and rising from the ruins ehich i once fell. do you write your own songs?yes. what inspires you to write your lyrics(if you do) everything around me...converge also has lyrics i enjoy reading and kind of image myself after. if you where to change anything in this world. what would it be? if anythingnot sure...maybe prices of things...hunger....world peace...i dont know... and finally any last words? i want to say hey to evertyone!!! matty b! nate! drew! anthony! brian! and everyone else!!!!!!!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!check out the fall to ruins website at : www.falltoruins.vze.com!!!!thanks! bye!
