question! Haggis was formed in 1994 by me Ottar "The Fat Animal" Stangeland, we changed line-ups like we change underwear and women for several years until we finally ended up with a good one last year. Haggis is the worlds only band worth listening to and mentioning, end of story!

Your plans for the future (gigs, new album)?
This year will see Haggis all over the world, we're gonna do two tours thru America, Canada and Mexico, we're gonna tour Chile and we're gonna play shitloads of festival this summer + a small tour thru Scotland and Ireland with the mighty Anal Cunt! We're also re-releasing our famous "Pride is our Crime" EP with two additional bonus tracks in march, our newest album "The Impeccable Glory of Eternal War" sells like aids medicine in Rowhanda, so we're sure to become millionaires come the end of this year. Raping and pillaging is also noted in our dayplaner:) How come you greecy wankers havent booked us yet? I've been to Greece like 3 times (Rettymnon, Ios and Georgopolis), so I know how to drink your awful Raki like the next
greek bastard! We have also just finished mixing a track with guest
appearances from Wattie (The Exploited) and Seth Puthnam (Anal Cunt) which will be release shortly, so wash your daddy's sperm of your glasses and buy every Haggis item you can get a hold of so our noses will grow long and bend:)
What do you think of politics (right-wing or left-wing) ?
I think it's fucking boring and extremely unnecessary. You never hear
any journalist ask Green Day or Pink for that matter, what they think of politics. What you and me vote is a private thing and people in
general should leave it the fuck alone! Haggis is about annoying the political correct as well as annoying or provoking the average joe in the street. Fuck it, fuck the left side and fuck the right too! Drink beer, fuck like ferrets and fight like mongoloids, that�s what I say to that matter.
What do you think of the scene today?
I think it's fucking pathetic with all the "Oi!Oi!" bands out there
trying to sound like 1982 singing about the same old boring shit over and over again. Listen to our latest album and you'll understand exactly why we're noticed while the all the other "Oi" bands are dismissed as the fucki'n losers they are. There are about 6 or seven bands i respect and that�s about it. Motorhead, The Exploited, Cockney Rejects, GBH, The Whalers and that�s all that comes to mind right now.
