I sit here now
and all I can think of is you
But your so far away
I don't know what to do
I can't get you off my mind
I yearn for your touch
You're everything I wanted
and I love you so much
The waves roll across the beach
the wind blows through my hair
I wish you were here with me
the distance is hard to bare
But your love keeps me going
it helps me sleep at night
Dreams of you are sweet and loving
and always full of light

I've been hurt to many times
by those that I thought I could trust
I can't stand the pain
but live on, I must
So here I stand before you
in my own skin and mind
