Of course mine is the bestest Newsboys site in the universe and everything you could possibly want is right here, but... um... here are some other sites that I really like.

Official Sites
Any of you guys want to hire me?

So leave already!

newsboys.com
The Newsboys' official site is rarely updated; it doesn't seem to be a priority for them. But there's cool stuff to be found if you snoop around. :)

newsboys.com-- old versions
Some awesome folks at Berkeley are trying to archive the entire Interent, and they've got old sites from as far back as six years ago. A search for newsboys.com produces this list. (It's all slow-moving and incomplete, but big fans will consider it worth the effort.)

jodydavis.net
Jody's website has lovely big pictures of him and a nice interview in which he actually talks for longer than a sound byte.

philjoel.com
Phil's site has a bit more stuff than Jody's. It's also more colorful and strange-- their pages seem to match their personalites. :)

inpop.com
Peter Furler and Wes Campbell (the Newsboys' manager) were two of the founders of InPop in 1999. Duncan helps out there as well, and of course Phil was one of the first artists signed to the label. A nice family affair. :)

sparrowrecords.com
The Newsboys' record label usually has the best info on upcoming concert dates. It would be nicer if the list was always complete, accurate, and updated, but we take what we can get.

itickets.com
Another place to find Newsboys concerts.

Messageboards
Newsboys messageboards are an excellent time vacuum. They're also the fastest way to get the latest news and pictures, which you can then post on your website to make it look like you have inside sources.

CCMbuzz forum
This is the official site's forum, which has a whole bunch of Christian music messageboards including several just for the Newsboys. It's moderated by dc and Mookie and is by far the most active place on this list. You've gotta love a messageboard that'll let you attach pictures right to your posts instead of having to search for a place to host them.

CCMchat Newsboys board
Smaller than ccmbuzz-- cozy feeling. :) The moderator is a bunyip (fierce Australian monster). She eats the posters that get out of line.

The Newsboys Discussion Zone
Bunyip moderates here as well, though it's not very active.

Phil's board
InPop keeps messageboards for all its artists, including Phil Joel. Lately this place has been even more off-topic than usual, but I guess you can't talk about the Newsboys all the time.

Jody's board
It's a li'l baby messageboard-- one long thread without separate topics.

CCMchat Phil Joel board
This one is almost dead, so I use it to post things I don't want you to see. Just kidding...

Fan Sites
I'm happy to say that there are lots of cool Newsboys fan sites out there. These are the nicest ones I've come across, in no particular order. I've tried to give some description of what's on these pages, but it's hard to keep up with them all, so you may find me to be slightly out of date.

Just walk away-- while you still can...

The massive German site
It's in English too, fortunately, and has oodles and oodles of pictures and sound clips and articles. The place hasn't been updated in two or three years, but stay tuned...

Phatsparrow's site
You have to see her Super Newsboys page. Spiderphil is the best. :)

Laura's site
I like the little "fun page" of pictures that Laura (a.k.a. furlerpicwatcher) took herself.

Kristin's site
Kristin is my rival in the screen capture market, and she's got big galleries made from her video collection, including One Night in Pennsylvania, Entertaining Angels, Down Under the Big Top, and Boys Will Be Boyz. Her site inspired me to buy a Snappy.

Furlerfreak's site
The only thing here right now is pictures, but they're some of the best fan pictures I've seen-- nice and big and clear. Most are concert pics; some are backstage shots of various Newsboys and their motorcycles.

Becca's site
Becca's got lots of Newsboys and Phil Joel pictures. (The FCD shots are especially beautiful.) You can also hear "It Is You", the Newsboys' latest song, at her site.

Lauren's site
More concert pictures of the Newsboys (do we sense a developing theme here?)

Jen's site
Yes! It's more concert pics! Also some enviable backstage photos.

Elisabeth's site
This is philjoel.net-- Elisabeth went and registered her own domain name. I hate it when people show me up. :)

Eanah's Site
Eanah has big ambitions for this place, but what she's got already is impressive. There are big collections of Newsboys interviews and articles, and a million screen caps in the multimedia section. (You doubt me? Try counting them-- you'll be tired long before you reach a million, and then you'll have to concede defeat.)

Unofficial Jay Fan Club
Unbelievable but true: the Newsboys' awesome guitar tech has a fan site of his own. This place is maintained by Eanah; in building it she had a little help from her brother Paul and some other silly fan... *cough cough*

TMTYL's site
Sarah (a.k.a. TkMe2YrLdr) specializes in screen grabs from Newsboys videos that I really wish I owned. Her captions are hilarious.

Audrey's site
I like Audrey's site for the wicked sense of humor and little touches like her "drive them nuts" page. The fan stories are nice too... this is the site that inspired me to start one of my own. :)

Home to Florence's Newsboys Site
Being the humble sort, I'm naturally hesitant to praise my own web page. Instead, I'll quote a German site that links to me:
Florence's Newsboys Site -- http://www.geocities.com/oiboyz/ -- eine ganz liebevoll und mit viel Humor und Spritzigkeit gemachte Fan-Site. Nicht gerade der Designkracher, aber beim Lesen und umschauen fuehlt man sich dort pudelwohl - und das liegt nicht nur an der genialen Band...

Couldn't have said it better myself. :)
