Drink at
least 64 oz. of water a day.

are done eating ~ brush your teeth.

plenty of healthy snacks available.

I get a
bottle of water and drink first before I get something to eat.
Often my body is just thirsty and not hungry at all. Studies show that by the time your
body indicates thirst, you are already dehydrated. Drinking water works for me most of the
time.

Take a
walk instead of grabbing something to eat.

Feast on
the Word instead of on food.
|
Have a cup
of hot tea in the evening instead of snacking.
