Heres some stats for those not interested in reading my journal (these are the most frequently asked questions) so I thought Id get it right out here in the open:

ABOUT SALES AND TRADES
this is a multi purpose 'about page' so this is where Im putting all the odds and ends info.
TRADES POLICY
You must have a cel that I want. You must be specific about what cel you want in exchange. You must have some sort of positive feedback (ebay is groovy, so is asking for a public reference on the cels forums, I frequent animanga forum and animechaos forum..) My ebay feed back is here You send your trade first and then I will send mine. I would like to see what Im getting in trade, if I dont like it I reserve the right to send back your trade, I will send an email letting you know that I dont like the trade as much as my old cel and I will return the cel immediately (insured and within 3 days). I will pay for insurance and postage on my own.
This has never happened but I want to be very sure that the policy is right here.

CAN I MAKE YOU AN OFFER?
I generally dont like to sell my cels. I have a lot of cels that I dont even post here on my website, mostly because Im both incredibly lazy and indesicive, so whenever I change my site (which is too often) A lot of cels simply drop off so I dont have to make thumbnails. I fully expect to have a gallery in the future that only has 2 cels and I just keep moving the site around them.
WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH MY OFFER?
well, nothing. I would be more apt to sell a cel that I dont see all the time or that has dropped off in favor of newer cels, but since I dont post those its not terribly likely anyone will ever offer anything for them.
