| Philips Arena has asked us to consider working the various special events at the facility and work the entire Hawks and Thrashers season starting in the Fall and running through April 2002. This would be a great way to bank a significant portion if not all of the cost of the Spring Trip and possibly next year's band fees. At Philip Arena events, each person will get $30.00 per person who works in their behalf per event. That mounts up really quickly. We need 10 people to operate the stands effectively. People need to be in the stand by 5:15pm so if it communicated now, each of us can steps required to juggle our work schedules around so that we can work several of the games at Philips. |

| For the next several months we have the great opportunity to work a variety of concession stands for upcoming concerts and events at Philips Arena.
