Doris and Scott are the parents of Julie, a sophmore flute player.
The hospitality committee has responsibilities throughout the year. During the Summer they ensure that water and maybe snacks are available for the students during those hot rehearsals and during the football season water or hot chocolate is needed for each game. There are a couple significant events also during the Fall. One is 8th grade night and the other is Senior night. Both of these involve coordinating food and making the evening special for the honored guests. There is a holiday party in December and some other sorts of these events into the Spring. They also sometimes act in a benevolence capacity if the need arises. The largest expecditure of time and effort is the banquet at the end of the year. Options are limited only by your imagination, but plan on 110 or more people.
