FUND RAISING RULES FOR THE BAG FILL PROJECTS

1. Sign-in starts at 8:45 am and ends at 9:10 am.   (You can meet at the school at 8:15 if you need a ride and tell Frank / David in advance). No one will be allowed to sign in after 9:10 am unless you were in line at that time or made arrangements prior with Frank or David

2. Everybody will be assigned to either a team or individual mission in which they will be totally responsible for making sure the effort is completed.

3. Everybody will need to bring or make (their own) arrangements for Lunch.  Lunch will start at noon and end at 1:00 pm.


4. Everybody should be prepared to work the entire time. 
Anyone not finishing either his or her assigned workload or the full time requirement will not be given credit. With prior approval you may get someone to finish your effort, however only one person will receive credit.

Everybody will need to bring refreshments and/or snacks. The Booster Club may sale snacks and drinks during the day.  However, do not count on the Booster club selling snacks and drinks.

6. Each person will be guaranteed a minimum of $20.00 for participation.

7. In order to participate, you have to be fourteen years old or older.  If you are an incoming student who is thirteen a parent must also attend in order for you to get credit. This would result however, in credit for two people working.   

8. Whenever possible each team will be given their equal share of the workload and will be allowed to work at their pace.
