I found a wonderful website in February of this year. It's not for everyone... but the advise I have received there has been very good.

I signed up there and browsed a few days before I finally posted my story on the forum board. I posted my question under Advice,help and support for Newcomers + Veterans.
I wish I had found that website at the beginning of my hubby's affair instead of a year later. There are other marriage builder type of sites online, but this one was the most helpful to me.
My hubby is back home. We decided to 'start over' almost three weeks ago. It's been extremely tough. I've done some growing along the way... had to change some of my bad habits. I had a huge setback the other day when I called the ow a whore and referred to her as his "little girlfriend". Ohmy... did that ever get hubby mad at me. It's not a good thing to do. It had been a long time since I called her names in front of him. Anyway... my friends at the Relationship Resource website have helped me understand some of the things I had to change in order to not push hubby away and into her arms.
I'm glad to know you are writing your feelings down. It is amazing to me what we have within us and what it takes for it to all be set free.
