The 2005 Ohio State Session was recently held in Akron, Ohio on August 24, 25, and 26th. The weekend started with a golf outing and a �Texas Hold �em� poker tournament. The members and guests were entertained by a women's Barbershop quartet on Friday evening.
The Saturday business session was opened by State Councilor Donald Zachary. Brother Zachary welcomed National Councilor Brother Russell P. Wheatley from Maryland to the Ohio Session. Business during the Session included the nomination and election of officers for the 2005-2006. They are as follows.

On Saturday evening members and guests convened at the Carousel Dinner Theater and enjoyed a wonderful performance of The Sound of Music.
A Memorial Service began the activities on Sunday morning where members who have passed away during the preceding year were honored.
After the Memorial Service the business Session re-convened to conduct the balance of the business for 2005. Prior to the conclusion of the meeting the new Ohio State officers were installed.
The 2005 Ohio State Council Junior Order U.A.M. Session was a special occasion and an opportunity for members to join together in Virtue, Liberty, and Patriotism.
