"...unto my wife and Children making my wife Sole Exequetrix...unto my sonne Wm pead his first Choice of his part of my land...my sonne Jno pead should have the other part. my two sonnes Wm & John having Cattle already of their owne should have none of my cattle, butt that they bee divided betweene my wife and the other children. witnesses: Jno. griffin, James Peeters Jno pead signature."2
