No. 3. What record of marriage exists? Answer: was
married in (?) street, M. E. Parsonage at Zanesville,
Ohio

No. 4. Were you previously married? If so, please
state the name of your former wife and the date and
place of her death or divorce. Answer: Never was
married but once

No. 5. Have you any children living? If so, please
state their names and the dates of their birth. Answer:
Florrence Minerva born August the 8 or 10, 1873. James
Worthington born May 22, 1879, Rosy May born sometime in
August 1881, Amen Delos was born November the 1, 1884.
I have lost the family record and am not sure of some of
the exact dates. I have had the Neuralgy until my
memory is seriously impaired so I can hardly tell my own
age.
