Drusilla an insane vampire, created by Angelus in 1860. She came with her Lover Spike to Sunnydale in 1998 at that moment she was sickly and weak, her every need or desire was attended to by Spike despite her obvious madness as she babbled nonsense, discussed her bizarre visions, and had tea parties with her blindfolded dolls. In a rare moment of clarity, Drusilla recalled the wonderful times she had in Prague, though Spike is quick to telling her that she was almost killed in Prague. Despite her own evil, Drusilla was clearly still haunted by the horrors that Angelus visited upon her and her family. The were, after all, the things that had driven her insane in the first place. Drusilla’s weakness and overall poor health dogged her, and she kept after Spike to cure her. At the moment that Dru was cured Spike became cripple which meant that Drusilla became the leader of the group vampires who worked for them. When Angel returned to Angelus, Drusilla happily welcomed him back. Though she claimed to love Spike, she seemed to either not care or not notice his anger and jealousy at Angelus’ behaviour. The tension continued to rise in Dru’s “Happy Family”. When Angelus was send to hell, and Spike took her with him without even asking. So she left him for a chaos demon.

In 2001 Dru comes to LA to help Lindsey Mcdonald one of the layers of Wolfram and Hart to change her grandmother Darla back into a vampire. After that she helps Darla to get Angel to lose his soul. Dru goes back one time to Sunnydale to ask of Spike wants to be back in there “Happy home” but Spike betrays her and Dru goes away.
