Fleetwood Mac started out as brittish blues band in the 60s. In 1974 Lindsey Buckingham and his then girlfriend Steive Nicks joined the band. The first album they recorded with the band was Fleetwood Mac. In 1977 Rumours was released it topped the charts in the US for 6 months, after 10 months it had sold 8 million copies. Go Your Own Way, Don't Stop, You Make Loving Fun and Dreams were released as singles. Dreams went to a number one in the US. October 1979 Tusk was released Fleetwood Mac went on a long world tour, and also finished there Live album. Stevies first solo album Bella Donna was a big succsess she cut short her tour so she could join Fleetwood Mac recording Mirage. Five years later Tango In The Night was released in april 1987, Lindsey did not want to tour he had already stopped working on his 3rd solo album to make Tango In The Night so he left, In 1992 his 3rd solo album Out Of The Cradle was released. In 1997 Fleetwood Mac got back together and made a live album called The Dance. |
