FROM HELL!!!!!!
I just read this book for AP English and I HATE IT WITH A PASSION! Absolutely no one in my class understood it and we still had to write a stupid essay on it! Basicly this book is about the good and evil in man kind. That's it. I swear.
*yawn* *snore* *zzzzzzz* Yep, this book is a real snooze fest. The whole book is about a old guy that goes fishing, catches a big fish, sharks eat the stupid fish, and then the guy goes home and DIES! Wow! What a book! Okay, granted it's about never giving up on your dreams, but come on, the book could at least have been a little more interesting. I swear...if Hemmingway weren't dead...he would be as soon as I found him.
Okay...so she committed adultry on her husband who she thought he was dead and a jerk anyway. Woopdedoo! Sheesh, those puritains were so......stupid. So, she had an affair and had a kid. SHe did think her husband was dead after all! Good gosh...What a bunch of freaks. And what kind of name is Hester Prynne anyway?
I'm sorry. I know it is a really good piece of literature and tons of people liked it but I DIDN'T! I couldn't consentrate on it at all. And pretty much the whole story SUCKED!
Gatsby...isn't that great. He spent his whole life trying to impress some chick, who wasn't that great anyway. Then he gets killed for something he didn't do. Poor Guy.
