NCADV serves as a national information and referral center to the public, the media, battered women and children, agencies and organizations. http://www.ncadv.org National Network to End Domestic Violence The National Network to End Domestic Violence is a membership and advocacy organization of state domestic violence coalitions, allied organizations and supportive individuals. A small group that began in 1990, the NNEDV developed policy that would become folded into the Violence Against Women Act of 1994. The Safety NET project, is an NNEDV program.
