Shake with ice and strain into a large highball or collins glass over crushed ice. (orange/cherry garnish is optional)
* 3/4 oz. white rum
* 2 oz. dark rum
* 3/4 oz. Cherry Heering
* 1 1/4 oz. lemon juice
* 3/4 oz. blood orange juice
* dash grenadine
Shake well all but orange juice with ice and strain into a large highball or collins glass with crushed ice. Top up with orange juice and add grenadine and stir.
** options: float Galliano, triple sec, Grand Marnier, blue and/or orange curacau on top. Garnish with orange/cherry/pineapple chunk etc.
Serve with two straws and a cocktail umbrella. all of the above are optional to preference.
